Yesterday's post on "Diana Luke Loves the 60's" refers to BBC Radio Leeds. The programme can also be found on other Yorkshire BBC stations, including York.Leeds seems characteristic in having fairly few foreign tourists, which makes for the ideal "real" British city. York is of course a popular tourist destination. I had the privilege recently of being just above the bells during a ringing practice. Sound isolating headphones provided !
